The kitchen in our apartment was a game-changer - fully equipped with everything we needed and more, making cooking a breeze. The separate bed area and luxury bathroom made it feel like a home away from home. As someone who loves to cook and appreciates a comfy bed, this place ticked all the boxes for me.

I personally found the pay-per-view movie options a bit limited.

Although we had a minor issue with the towels provided for our children's cots, it was quickly resolved by the helpful housekeeping. The apartments were spacious, cosy, and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. Tesco, a grocery store, was conveniently located next to the hotel. it was a delightful stay, and we would gladly return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Earl's Court tube station. The area surrounding the hotel was lovely, with convenient access to other tube stations. The hotel itself was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, especially a lady named Aliona who provided excellent customer service. They couldn't do enough for me in terms of assistance and service.

The hotel offered great facilities including a kitchen, laundry, workout room, and breakfast. the updated facilities were a plus, especially the free laundry machines and complimentary soap. the hotel's location was also convenient, with a grocery store next door and a 7-9 minute walk to the nearby tube station. Additionally, it was great to have three museums within walking distance.

One downside was the slow and problematic elevator, which many guests complained about. Taking the stairs provided a good workout though.

The 24-hour Grab' n Go Market in the lobby was a lifesaver during my stay. On a particularly hectic day, it felt like having a personal assistant, ensuring I had everything I needed to refuel and recharge without any hassle.

The room was spacious and having a kitchenette was a great convenience. the location near Earl’s Court station made it easy to get around the city.

The check, in process was quite frustrating as we had to wait for over an hour and a half, witnessing a busy check, in area with poor organization. It would be helpful if they moved the desk to a more suited area and created a larger check, in space.
